I underbake most of the cookies, though there's a few exceptions.
I keep my oven at about 325, rather than 350 (which is what the vast majority of recipes call for).
This year I was all about the parchment paper. Works so well, and less clean up!
A few years ago I invested in a cooling rack and it's my favourite cookies baking tool ever.

Holy smokes, that's a lot of cookies! You ARE the cookie woman! The green trees at the top look so yummy...I love iced cookies, YUM. I usually try to make Swedish Tea Ring for a few friends every year, but it unfortunately doesn't always happen. Aaaand, that's about it. :)
whoa, you ARE a baking machine! I don't bake as much as I used to, but favourite to- make holiday cookies are spritz cookies, because I get to use my cookie press which is super fun.
