My boys are still moulting, and I'm still knitting. After a short yarn-obsession lapse, I'm back baby. Oh yeah.
It's almost done. Still a secret. Love the yarn, my new favourite. (at least, my favourite non Handmaiden yarn).
I've been on a quilting kick as well. Harvest time, harvest quilt(s).

Yours are moulting? Interesting. Mine hasn't - of course he's all gibbled and all - he just lost one tail feather. Are yours feeling sick from moulting... poor things, always a messy time isn't it?
Oh yes, feathers everywhere. But they're cute little feathers! I love when they only have one tail feather - on none at all! It looks so funny. They stop singing during the moult, so it's nice and quiet around here. Then when they start singing again, they incorporate new sounds into their songs.
Yes, I like the little curved feathers that fall off. And although I truly love their singing, sometimes it can be a bit loud! Especially with more than one! I miss that sound though - my bird hasn't sung since he had his 'stroke'.... time to show us some more canary photos!
Wow! That harvest quilt is going to look fabulous! I love the pumpkin fabric!
